Counselling with Yoga Therapy
In this session we will pair somatic therapeutic approaches with compassionate therapy. Come prepared for gentle yoga poses. This trauma-informed yoga practice is suitable for anyone who is struggling with grief, addiction or anxiety. This session is eligible for insurance coverage with most insurers.
