No Cost Counselling for ICBC Clients
ICBC covers counselling for victims impacted by an accident from an insured motor vehicle under the Enhanced Care Program. A motor vehicle accident can change your life. Sehleeah integrates her expertise in counselling, yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction to support you as you navigate the journey of treatment to recovery.

Compassionate care in navigating grief is provided to support the processing and acceptance of the emotions that come with the life-altering impacts of injuries.
Sehleeah also works with families who are dealing with bereavement. Losing a loved-one in an accident is devastating. Counselling can help ease the feeling of loss. Immediate family members may be eligible for grief counselling support to cope with the loss of a loved one involved in an automobile accident on May 1, 2021 or later.
Who Is eligible?
ICBC customers, particularly insured drivers and their passengers involved in an accident on May 1, 2021 or later.
ICBC Enhanced Care Benefits cover medical expenses for injuries resulting from an insured automobile crash. This includes psychological injuries such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression and related disorders resulting from the traumatic experience of an automobile accident. Enhanced care covers 12 pre-approved counselling sessions within the first 12 weeks after your crash to support you with your recovery. Your Claim representative may approve counselling beyond the first 12 weeks. You may also ask for coverage after the 12 week period if symptoms relating to the accident prevent you from returning to your previous lifestyle. Contact us for more details.

ICBC Enhanced Care No-Cost Counselling
ICBC, under the Enhanced Care Program, covers counselling needed to recover from a crash for all British Columbians whose accident occurred on or after May 1, 2021, no matter who is responsible (at fault).
