Who Qualifies
If you have been physically or psychologically injured from a violent crime, or while trying to prevent a crime or arrest a person, you may apply for benefits as a victim.
Prior to booking your CVAP counselling, you must have approval from the Crime Victims Assistance Program.
You can apply for funding online at www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/victimservices/financial, from the CVAP office, or from local victim services.
