Sehleeah’s approach to therapy is eclectic. She draws from her experience in yoga, meditation and mindfulness to create a safe and calming environment to support her clients. Training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Gottman’s couples therapy and Play therapy enables Sehleeah to design a therapeutic approach tailored to the client’s unique situation. Sessions are 50 minutes long and may include grounding practice, talk- therapy and somatic exercises.
